Staff will immediately respond to an injured child and administer first aid as needed. If the injury requires any first aid, an accident report will be completed by the staff and reviewed and signed by the Site Supervisor before the child leaves the centre.
This report will be presented to the family member when he or she arrives to pick up their child. If you have any questions or need more information, please speak with the staff that has completed the report or the Site Supervisor. A copy of the accident report can be requested from the staff.
